We mainly invest in the domestic metropolitan regions of Berlin, Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia and the Rhine Main area.
TARGET PORTFOLIOS
We invest in
- office buildings, storage facilities, depots and refurbished ancient industrial and commercial building complexes
- retail business e.g. supermarkets, shopping centers, do-it-yourself stores
- Mixed residential and commercial buidlings, multi-family residences, housing estate and residential property companies
- properties for supermarkets, shopping centers, do-it-yourself stores
SUBSTANCE AND POTENTIAL
Our targets are profitably rent real estate or developable properties.
